Spring Onion 22% ,Coriander Leaf 22%,Lemon Grass 17%,Garlic,Green Chilli 14%,Thai Ginger 6%, Lemon Leaf 4%, Refined Oil, Vinegar
Take a pan heat oil add Sliced thai herbs (thai ginger,lemon leaf,lemon grass) add 250 g of thai paste then, add sugar, light soya, add coconut milk (600 ml), check seasoning & consistency.
Add boiled chicken or prawns or blanched vegetables, finish with fresh lemon juice & Thai basil.
Serve with steamed rice.
