Garlic, ginger, onion, red chillies, refined oil, Chinese wine, soya sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, celery powder, pickled Chinese red chillies, Chingkian Vinegar and sugar
In a pan, heat oil and add your favourite meat/seafood or vegetables/ tofu. Sauté, add 600 ml of water then add all the stir fry sauce. Thicken as desired with corn flour.
Toss well & garnish with chopped spring onion
Serve with steamed rice, noodles, or fried rice or as an appetizer
