Mildly Spiced Black Pepper Flavoured Stir Fry Sauce For Meats And Vegetables
Oyster sauce, light soya sauce, Chinese wine, chili paste, black pepper, refined oil, onion, ginger, and garlic
In a pan, heat oil and add your favourite meat/seafood or vegetables/ tofu. Sauté, add approximately 100 ml of water to cook the meat or vegetable. Add all the stir fry sauce.
Toss well & garnish with chopped spring onion
Serve with steamed rice, noodles, or fried rice or as an appetizer
