Tomato, refined oil, cashewnuts, red chili powder, kasoori methi powder, garam masala, sugar and salt.
In a pan heat oil, sauté chicken till light golden brown. Add 250 ml of water and continue cooking till chicken is almost done. Next add all the gravy and bring to a boil on a slow flame. Finish with cream and butter as desired.
For vegetables and cottage cheese, start with 100 ml of water and the follow the same steps. Finish with butter and cream as desired.
Serve with steamed rice, laccha tawa paratha or tawa phulka
