Brown onions, cashewnuts, yellow chili powder, curd, turmeric powder, salt and mixed spices
In a pan heat oil, sauté chicken till light golden brown. Add 250 ml of water and continue cooking till chicken is almost done. Next add all the gravy and bring to a boil on a slow flame
For vegetables and cottage cheese start with 100 ml of water and the follow the same steps
Serve with steamed rice, laccha tawa paratha or tawa phulka
