Fresh tomatoes, fresh garlic, onion, olive oil, fresh basil, sugar and salt.
Take 3 tablespoons of pomodoro sauce in a pan, add a little water/stock, season. Add your choice of blanched pasta. Finish with parmesan cheese.
Use as a pasta sauce, make it a base for pizza, can also be used with grilled or stir fried chicken /fish /veggies or in Minestroni soup
