Olive oil, fresh garlic, kalamata olives, chilli flakes, fresh basil, parmesan cheese and salt
In a pan, use 2 spoon of aglio e olio mixture, sauté it on a slow flame, add choice of veggies or chicken, add cooked pasta and finish with parmesan cheese
Use as a pasta sauce, can be used as a dip for breads. Also use as a marination for grilling meats and vegetables
