An All Time Favourite Chinese Sauce For Meats, Vegetables And Tofu

Ginger, garlic, celery, red chili paste, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, refined oil, salt, light soya sauce, Chinese wine and sesame oil
In a pan, add the complete jar of Schezwan Sauce and 600 ml of water. Simmer and add sauteed / fried chicken or blanched vegetables / tofu. Thicken with corn flour solution.
Garnish with chopped spring onions
Serve with steamed rice or hakka noodles
