Curd, desi ghee, brown onion , ginger garlic paste, whole spices, fresh coriander, fresh mint, green chili, salt
Marinate 400 gm cooked chicken / cooked mutton with the biryani mixture. Set aside for 1 hour. Layer with 800 gms of boiled rice in a thick bottomed vessel.
Cook on a slow fire for 10 mins. Finish with fresh coriander, mint & kewra or rose water. For veg biryani just mix 400 gms of assorted vegetables and follow the same process.
Serve with mixed vegetable raita.
